For Summer there are 2 systems setup. A champion spawn and a quest.
Summer Champion Spawn
The Summer Champion Spawn will run from July 18th - July 31st.
This champion spawn reactivates every 2 to 4 hours in 4 random locations.
Locations can be found with this Seasonal Champion Spawn Locations.

Summer Quests
The Summer Quests will run from July 1st - July 17th.
To get a random quest you must head to the docks in Vesper and speak to Jeff Spicoli the Surfer.
Lost Summer Items
You will need to find various items around Trammel.
You will also need to defeat Joan the Thief.
Upon finishing this quest you will receive a summer reward token.
Summer Ice Cream
You will be tasked with making some different flavor bowls of ice cream.
You will need to go to the cooking building in Arborlon to make your ice cream.
To make you have to double click items and use the right things to complete this task.
Upon finishing this quest you will receive a summer reward token.
Shell Necklace
For this, you will have to head to the right beach and gather some seashells by double-clicking them.
After you obtain the shells you will need to head to Pierre the Shell Collector and trade the shells for a necklace of that type.
