Ultimate House Tool
The Ultimate House Tool 
is a donation bonus item that sometimes can be available. This tool lets you combine various house tools for use as one tool. To add tools be in your house and single click the tool and select "Add" or you can double-click and select "Add Item" in the menu. Note: This item closes menus when you exit that specific house and only can show menus while inside a house you own or co-own.
Tools That can be Added:
- House Placement Tool - When Added to the tool can bring up the house menu from the tool's main menu when standing inside a house, or bring up the normal house placement tool when outside of a house you are the owner or co-owner.
- Advanced Interior Decorator - When Added to the Tool can bring up 2 Menus while in a house - A new version of the Advanced Interior Decorators Tool and an Item Move Menu which you would target an item in the house to bring up the menu.
- Yard Wand - When added to the tool can now use the yard wand when in the house you opened the menu from.
- Winter Yard Wand - When added to the tool can now use the winter yard wand when in the house you opened the menu from.
Item Movement Gump
The Item Movement gump is an added in feature into the Ultimate House Tool. Once you target an item it will save its initial location on first target, give you a gump that lets you move the item in all directions, Retrieve a locked down/ secured item, release a locked down/ secured item, turn a turnable item, switch graphic on a yard stair or yard floor item, move item to your feet, and return item back to initial location.
