here is a guide to how the belt can be added to a relayer or item in the belt slot.
NOTE: Killing mobs that are not the champion bosses at champion spawns will not get credit for these quests.
Karate Belt
All Quests will start from the same Quest Giver, Sensei Masayoshi The Karate Master.

You will be able to do each level after the previous belt level is completed. Masayoshi will ask you to kill a bunch of monsters, 10 Champions and collect an item from a peerless boss for every level.
Note: You can only get credit for killing the champions at champ spawns. Finding ways around this may possibly get your belt taken away, and you forced to start the quest over.
Once you have completed the black belt quest. You may start over if you wish.
