The Seasonal Reward Exchange is set up to get rid of excess unwanted Seasonal Reward items if you'd like to use instead of selling. To turn in for Seasonal Reward Credits simply drop a seasonal reward onto Niobe who is in Town Center just up the stairs west of the player vendors.

To get credits you simply drop a seasonal artifact onto the npc. In Season Artifacts will grant you 2 credits and Out of Season Artifacts will grant you 1 credit.

Alternatively, you can buy a Seasonal Exchange Barrel from the Token Vendor Store. This works the same as the NPC in Town Center, and lockdown in your house.
