Yard Wand

The yard wand is a tool to expand house building and lets you place items in a yard space around your house as well as inside for a fee per placement. You can purchase a yard wand off the Token Vendor Store in Town Center.

To Use simply double click the wand to access the yard wand system menu.

On the left side of the menu, you can select a few different sections to choose from.

When you select an item you want to place the menu will change and show you a preview of the item to place. This menu will also tell you the price to place each item.

You then have the option to place an item or place multiple. Placing multiple will send you a target again after targeting to place the previous one.

Some of the items you can turn by double-clicking such as stairs and some floor tiles.

The fees paid are paid back half when removing a yard wand item. You can do this by double-clicking some items or clicking and selecting sell.
