The Power Scroll Exchange is a system set up to help get rid of unwanted Power Scrolls if you don't want to sell them. To use this you can drop Power Scrolls on top of Egan who is in Town Center just up the stairs west of the player vendors. They will give you back the following Power Scroll Credits for each Power Scroll level

You can use these credits to buy new Random Power Scrolls. Here is the cost
