The Christmas event area can be found through a gate in Town Center on the east side inside the Tower. Inside this area, you can find the Saving Christmas Quest, along with the Peerless Boss (Jack Frost) Summoning Altar.

Saving Christmas Quest
The Saving Christmas Quest can be found in the Christmas area. To start the quest you can speak with Special Delivery "S.D." Kluger.

IMPORTANT: To access your quest you must use the quest button on your paper doll. Left-click yourself, choose toggle quest item then target your quest items.
Part One
Kluger will inform you to seek out stolen presents so you can complete 3 separate Christmas lists. After you have retrieved the stolen presents you will return them to the designated Santa Helpers. They will in return give you a Christmas list. Return all 3 lists to "Kluger" and he will give you part 2 of the "Saving Christmas Quest."

Part Two
You will be instructed to thin out some of "Jack Frost's" foul beasts. After completing this you will return to Kluger for your Christmas Token. Double click the token for your reward.

Jack Frost Peerless Boss
Jack frost is a peerless boss in the Christmas Event Area. You must obtain 5 Keys in order to receive the Boss keys. You will be awarded 6 keys to bring up to 6 people into Jack Frost's area.

You will drop those keys each onto Jack Frosts Frozen Barrel shown here to obtain 6 summoning keys (for you and 5 guests).
You will receive 6 of these from turning in the needed items to Jack Frost's Frozen Barrel.
You can give 5 of these to friends you would like to bring with you to fight the boss. When ready, simply double click the item and a menu will pop up. You must be in the winter event area for this to work. You will have up to 90 minutes to kill the boss before it will eject you out. Once you kill it you will have 5 minutes to loot the boss if you choose before being ejected. The wait timer to start again is set at 5 minutes after the boss is killed due to the timing to allow for looting.
Christmas Champion Spawn
On Dagger Island East of the Deceit entrance around the mountain, in Felucca. You can find the Christmas Champion spawn. It spawns every hour and is full of holiday fun. Do not forget to check for Toy Crafting items that might be in this area!
