In Town Center on the Eastern side we have set up a few Raffle Tables. You get to buy tickets for a chance to win the item on the table. Tickets are 10,000 gold each, and your chance of winning is pure luck, based on the total number of tickets you bought vs the total tickets sold. It is possible to win a raffle with only 1 ticket purchased, but your chances go up the more tickets you have.
