Weapon Relayer Deed

This is a donation bonus item that sometimes is the bonus for a period for donations of specific amounts. This deed can essentially change a weapon from the first item to the targeted item. As of now, there is no limit on what weapon to sample. It works like a relayer (the gump itself to select the items inside of it) deed but only accepts weapons.
