The Power Scroll Exchange is a system set up to help get rid of unwanted Power Scrolls if you don't want to sell them. To use this you can drop Power Scrolls on top of the White Barrel in Town Center just south of the teleporter. It will give you back the following Power Scroll Credits for each Power Scroll level
